About Brigida

I have lived in Crawley for about 30 years and opened The Little Wellbeing Room after studying for a Foundation Degree in Complementary Healthcare at Brighton University. Previous to that I trained as a beauty therapist (Level 3) which urged me on to expand my skills and knowledge further into Complementary Healthcare.

My treatments include Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Facial Massage and Facials using the Award Winning Green Tropic Beauty Products.

Before becoming a Complementary Healthcare therapist I worked in a local secondary school assisting children with individual needs in mainstream education and I enjoyed this immensely. Prior to that I worked within the NHS supporting vulnerable adults to access their local community, activities and services. Both these jobs gave me a better understanding of the world around me and led me to where I am today.

With a genuine interest in people, I value the fact that we are all so unique and special. I always aim to give the best of myself during each session in a caring, professional yet informal manner which hopefully makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and I believe in treatments that enhance your mind, body and spirit in helping you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and renewed.

After the terribly sad event which took place at Grenfell Tower I felt I needed to try and help somehow. I joined a volunteer group called The Complementary Support Teams UK which aims to support all those affected in the aftermath of the fire. I am happy to say that we are in the process of offering various therapeutic treatments including Reflexology, Massage, Counselling and many others. I am very humble to be a part of this group which will continue on to support any future need in and around the UK.

I love the work that I do and I know my treatments may not be unique but I certainly try to make them unique to each individual.  I enjoy the freedom of being able to give my clients the time they need for each treatment especially before and after.
