About Me

I have lived in Crawley for about 30 years and opened The Little Wellbeing Room after studying for a Foundation Degree in Complementary Healthcare at Brighton University. I first trained as a beauty therapist which urged me to expand my skills and knowledge further into Holistic Therapies.

Previously I worked in a local secondary school assisting children with individual needs in mainstream education and enjoyed this immensely. I have also worked within the NHS supporting vulnerable adults to access local community activities and services. Both roles gave me a better understanding of the world around me and led me to where I am today.

With a genuine interest in people, I value the fact that we are all so different and special. I always aim to give the best of myself during each session in a caring and professional yet informal manner which hopefully makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) I believe in therapies that enhance your mind, body and spirit helping you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and renewed.

I love the work that I do and I know that my treatments may not be unique but I certainly try to make them unique to each individual in every session. I enjoy the freedom of being able to give you all the time you need before and after each appointment to help with a sense of calm and peacefulness.
